Return & Exchange Policy – Scentians

At Scentians, we offer return or exchange only in case of a defective, damaged, or non-working item.

Policy Details:

1. If the product you receive is damaged, faulty, or not working properly, you may request a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery.

2. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.Returns or exchanges due to change of mind or personal preference are not accepted.

3. Any request made after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.

4. Clear video or image proof is required to verify the issue before approval.

5. All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Scentians
