Return & Exchange Policy – Scentians

At Scentians, we offer return or exchange only in case of a defective, damaged, or non-working item.

Policy Details:

• If the product you receive is damaged, faulty, or not working properly, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

• Returns or exchanges due to change of mind or personal preference are not accepted.

• Any request made after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted.

• Clear video or image proof is required to verify the issue before approval.

• All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Scentians
